History of Our Home Health Care Company

Mona Church started in-home care and respite services part-time out of her home beginning in 2013. For two years her business grew by word-of-mouth. During this time, Mona left her full-time position as an Adult Day Manager, Activity Director, and Certified Nursing Assistant at a local retirement community. In 2015 she went full-time with her In-Home Care and respite services. In late 2015, Mona saw the need for transportation services for Seniors and purchased a handicapped accessible van and began transportation and In-Home Care services. Mona worked out of her home for three years, and in 2020 she obtained her In-Home Care license from Pa. Department of Health Home Care. Mona opened her office in September, 2020 at 228 Broadway, Hanover, Pa.

​Sharon has been with Mona Lisa Cares Home Health for 14 months. Sharon has picked up many extra shifts and always shows up for work. She goes in early and stays late for shifts when needed. Lisa has been with Mona Lisa Cares Home Health for 14 months. Lisa always shows up for her scheduled shift, picks up extra shifts, and has great communication with MLCHH office personnel. Lisa is always professional when working with the consumers and their families. MLCHH has received great feedback from consumers and consumers families about the care Lisa provides for them and their loved ones. Margaret has worked for Mona for over 6 years! Margaret cares for multiple consumers and rarely calls off from work.  She goes above and beyond for her consumers and communicates well with other employees and office staff.  She is always willing to pick up shifts when coverage is needed.  Margaret has a go-getters attitude!  We are thankful for her dedication to Mona Lisa Cares Home Health.  Thank you for going above and beyond.
